3. Account Registration

- An active email address and a Bangladeshi mobile number are required for registration.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
r baje reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security purposes. Refusal to provide information or submission of false information may result in account closure.
3.3 Account Security

4. Age Verification and Eligibility

r baje processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions are not supported. If any transaction appears unusual, r baje reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
r baje offers users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on that offer's page.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
6.2 VIP Cashback Program
r baje's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week
Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to circumvent bonus conditions, or using deliberate gaming strategies to complete wagering requirements. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
7. Betting Rules
All types of betting on r baje — slots, live casino, cricket, or other sports — are governed by a specific set of rules.
7.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless r baje itself cancels it under specific circumstances.
- If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical error, r baje may cancel that bet.

7.3 Erroneous Odds
If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, r baje reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
r baje may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If the account was registered using false or fraudulent information.
- If multiple accounts are operated.
- If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or violation of gaming rules is found.
- If a request for age verification goes unanswered.
- If the user themselves requests account closure.
Upon account closure, any valid balance is generally returned; however, if closure is due to a breach of terms, any bonus-related funds may be cancelled.
